The flexibility they offer to choose any time from 5-30am to 8:00 pm makes it pretty convenient. The personalized teaching and learning experience is rewarding. I joined Athayog in the mid of Aug21, As per my personal Observations, experience and feeling, this is One of the best yoga institute with professional /experienced instructors in and around KR puram. The ambience is too good and Well maintained which makes it more pious. Really blessed to get Such an opportunity to feel the esense of self. We need to thank each and every instructors at Athayog for there Self dedication, Good Attitude, kind approch towards trainees during every training session. My Self regret is I joined late ( in my 40's) ,due to lack of my consistency to attend classes on daily bases due to my personal and professional reasons, however I am trying my level best to improve on it. I recommend interested members to give It a try by attending 2 free session and you can personally feel to continue and reap the health benefits at Aytha yog. Regards Jai
